Signature Image

I've been trying to add an image as a signature. I have the image at the correct size and it appears under Edit Signature at Preview and above the two upload sections. It never appears in my posts. Can somebody tell me what is wrong, please?

As you can see it's working now. I did click on Save Signature before but I have no idea why it failed unless the forum had a temporary fault for signatures.
