    Why won't it play

I created a Video CD using Ulead CD & DVD PictureShow. Burned it to a cd using Nero. Insert it into many different DVD players and all I see on them is the very first picture (about 1/8th the size of the tv screen) with the words on the bottom saying that it was created usning Nero. No music is heard. It stays frozen on the first pic.

It will play when I insert it into the D drive of laptop. Although it is a little blurry. Any help is much appreciated.

    Thanks

    Dina

I have made other vcd"s using Pinnacle, but the program has been a little buggy for me lately. And those played fine on all the dvd players. But now (using ulead) it stays on the first pic and no music???? It will play on my laptop.

OK. For some reason I have to hit the rewind button on the dvd remote for it to start playing. Not sure why????? But at least it worked.

No way to tell for sure without more complete info; but it sounds like you either have a bad/defective install of Nero (hack); or something out of sync in the setup of your software (bad download/install). Try uninstalling Nero and reinstalling it. Make sure you also have the VCD/SVCD plugins installed and setup (included in 6.2+).
