    Video editing software ????

    Hi there
    Anyone knows any software to edit videos?

    What I want to do is have a video on top of the other, something similar to layers in photoshop

    Basicly I have a video in the background and I want to have another video with action on the foreground.

    Any clues?

                  Thanks everyone, I shall try them, I know where to get them.

                  Prety big program this adobe after effect, my god!!!

                  I'll give it a try on Ulead Video Studio, if it doesnt work I go through the Adobe.
