Fitting dual layer content on a single layer disc?

Is it possible to get a dual layer film to fit on a single layer disc? In my prior back ups, I removed features that weren't necessary (using DVD Shrink), but I'd also like to keep some (particularly audio commentaries), so is it possible to do this or do I have to go out and buy dual layer dvds?

You should be able to do what you want to do in Shrink.
But if it does not want to fit, look here.
What if I Can't Shrink the DVD Enough? CLICK HERE

Also a good guide. Shrink Guide

    Hope this helps.

You could also look in to a program called MenuShrink, does what it says.

Put whatever you want on the DVD disk, the idea is to have NO COMPRESSION at all for the best quality picture.

So you can put up to 4.7gb on a DVD-5 single sided, single layer and anything over 4.7gb up to 8.5gb on a DVD-9 single sided, dual layer with no compression for the best quality picture.
