can't see DIV3 Format movie

Hi, i've d/l spiderman.avi and try to see it with BSPlayer, DivX Playa, but nothing.
i get the message: unknown file format (DIV3)

i have DivX 5.0.2 installed and try to see it on WIN98SE, WIN2000

what sould i do to see it
please help

Try downloading and installing the DivX v.3.11alpha codec...
