    Flick substitute?

    Found this.Can do what Flick does AND can also make menus.Anyone tried it yet?

    Nice find paglamon...while I don't normally do menus, I wouldn't mind giving the rest of the program a shot.

      Same here. BTW,which encoder does Flick use? FFMPEG? Which is better,CCE or FFMPEG?

          CCE is supposed to be the "best", but what I saw was beta support for the trial only??

          The only product I have found to touch dvd flick has been convertx(newest
          paid version)

              It uses FFmpeg, which makes it more reliable than alternatives that use Directshow/VFW, though at the same time, limiting it to the one encoder which is not up to other offerings like HCEnc.

              Something similar, for Linux.
