adding 2 audio streams? is it possible?

just a question...i want to add 2 audio streams to an avi file.

is there a version of VirtualDUB out there that can add a 2 audio streams to a video stream....i.e have some music in the background with talking over the top but at a higher volume?

Or does anyone know of a good editing package that can do this that is relatively cheap or free?

    thanks

Nandub will do exactly as you wish. You will, however, be limited to creating DivX-compressed AVI files only (using either the 3.11 or M$ MPEG4V2).

To create avi files with 2 audio streams and divx4/5. Just load the avi file into nandub, set video to 'direct stream copy', set the two audio stream and save that.
Donate your idle CPU time for something usefull.
