Ulead VideoStudio 11 Plus hangs

After using VideoStudio 11 Plus for a few months to edit and burn VCDs SUCCESSFULLY, I recently found it keeps "hanging" until I uninstall it completely and re-install the software... which then works until I next switch off & on my PC.

I'm a newbie/senior citizen. Ulead/Corel team hasn't been very helpful.

Anyone had this problem and found a SOLUTION?
Pls. help.

BTW, I'm using WIN XP.

Once Corel puts their hands on a product it tuns to garbage........
I recently got the software and decided to switch back to version 9,
I am still waiting for corel team to answer why in corel draw 13 in order to print I have to convert all the content to bitmap
It's been 3 months and I still haven't got an answer....
