Removing floating logo from VOB files

Hi All,

I purchased some Karaoke DVDs. I can extract my favourite songs into VOB format for editing. The freaking manufacturer has a yellow logo "Youth Entertainment" that travels horizontally (right to left) along the screen and knocks out the upper half of the karaoke words, making it difficult to read. (I will be contacting them to vent my frustration!).

Is there any way possible to remove this floating logo without editing each individual frame?

Not if it's moving... if it were stationary you could try a delogo filter. Maybe a delogo filter would work on that too, try it.
