Movie only Plays in Super v2007

I am trying to convert some movies using Super, but the movies I encode will only play in Super. I have tried Windows Media Player, Divx Player, VLC and Media Player Classic. The movie opens and plays, but there is no sound or video. I checked the file with Gspot and it told me that the file was Xvid and the codec was already installed. I also tried repairing the video with Digital Video Repair, but it couldn't find any errors. I, also tried re-installing the Xvid codec. The file plays fine in Super. The settings I have selected in Super are as follows:

    Input:VOB

    ffmpeg

    Video
Neither disable video or stream copy are checked
    Output container: avi
    Output video codec: Xvid
    Output audio codec: mp3
    Video scale size: no change
    Frame/Sec: 25
    Bitrate kbs: 1008
    Options: High Quality; 48k Audio

    Audio
Neither disable audio or stream copy are checked
    Sampling frequency: 22050
    Channels: 2
    Bitrate kbs: 96
    DVD language select: default

I am pretty new to this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps its some directshow filter problem. Do u have ffdshow installed ? If not then u must(sourceforge.net). It will eliminate all of your filter & decoder problems.

      I think it worked

Thanks for the response. I just installed ffdshow and everything seems to be working fine. I tried converting a wmx to xvid and and the output file was played by vlc. Im going to try the 2 movies I was having problems with again and hopefully Ill get the same results.
