    NTSC 3.11 to Pal 5.02 Conversion Help Needed on Audio sync

    I am trying to convert NTSC (23.97fps) Divx 3 source with AC3 sound to PAL (25fps) encoding Divx 5.02 using VirtualDub. I get a very nice smooth picture but of course the audio is out of sync. How can I correct this, preferably keeping the AC3 sound track?
