burning error, unable to lock device

I am using the trial version of DVD2one. I have been able to burn one DVD so far. I tried to burn another (movie only option) and it gives me an error message after the files are copied. It says unable to lock device. I checked my device manager on my desktop and it says it's working properly. I have switched discs and restarted the computer already. Can someone suggest what to do?

Please make sure that you do not have any software running in the background that does something with the dvd writer, for instance a packet driver. DVD2one tries to lock the device to get exclusive access to prevent other applications from accessing the drive during burning. Obviously some other application has already locked the drive.

For the moment you can always choose image as output and burn the resulting image separately, for instance using the menu function in DVD2one or with another burn tool like ImgBurn.
