Thanks for the clarification. Can you point me to the source for this? MPN's own unit sales figures put DVD unit sale market share at 62.89% for the week ending March 31, which seems about right when compared to the revenue share due to the lower average pricing of DVDs. If NPD puts DVD unit sale at only 37.7% (compared to MPN's 62.89%), then that seems a bit low to be honest, and would only translate to a revenue share of mid 20s for DVD (the average BD cost according to MPN is $20.65 compared to only $10.27 for DVDs). If such a discrepancy exists, then I'm inclined not to include the NPD graphs in the future (which I've only done so starting recently because it has separate UHD numbers).
