    Videos becoming cut off

I live in North America so I follow the NTSC standard.

I've created menus fine with this program and they show up perfectly.

The problem is that when played on a tv, the top and bottom of specifically the video is slightly cut off, not the menu. The video is of an anime and it has subtitles preplaced within the video, not added with this TMPG program.

How do I resize the videos so that it plays correctly on my tv?

Settings are NTSC and 4:3. Read a post about pixels below me and switched everything over to 1:1 pixel ratio, but the output burn to the HD took over 4 hours, and it also changed the settings of each video to PAL. Normally for outputting videos to HD it only takes 15-20 minutes.

Please help me someone~! Thanks for your time :3
