VirtualDub not showing subs

Anywy, I'm trying to input the subs into the video following your guide, but the "subtitle" does not appear under Filters.

Tell me what to do please.

i have a huge prob in fact i'm gettin gquite crazy with it, in fact when i used divx land media then virtualdub it's giving me as results some subtitles at the top of the vid.

i don't know how to solve this prob and looking for some answers .
