    Capturing Stills

Have spent the last 2 hours trying to figure out how to capture a still image from a video clip. I did it once, created a .BMP, which I added to the menu, but now cannot find the option again. There was an icon of a disk and the legend said something like "save current frame as still." Where is it? Thanks in advanced.

Found it, finally. It's a right click on the large image in the editing screen and the choice pops up. Thanks.

Taking screencaps from movies could also be done with video players like VLC or KMPlayer or Arcsoft's TotalMedia Theatre 3.
