A problem with frame removal and exporting audio

So, for a video I'm planning to upload to YouTube, I wanted to add in a song for the background music.

I recorded myself playing one of my games without music, only sound effects. I recorded several different parts and was planning to patch them together in VDub with the background song playing the whole time. What I did:

    -Record each segment with FRAPS
-Open the first in VDub, append the rest
-Remove frames that I didn't need (this is where the problems start)
-Export the audio as a .WAV file
-Open the audio in Audacity and import the song, save them in the same file, so I have the sound effects and BGM
-Audio -> From Other Source -> my new .WAV

This has worked in the past. My problem here is that the audio I exported from VDub is still included the cut frames. So, after the first thirty seconds or so, the audio starts to really desync. Is there a way to export the audio in a way that doesn't include the cut frames?
