Default exporting problems in adobe premiere

Hello, how are you? I hope someone can help me with this problem:
I edited a video full of crops that move and convert into new crops. It's a dinamic video-clip. I don't know if it has to do with the crops, but when I export the movie, with standard microsoft dv avi compression, parts of the images, especially the ones that have movement, appear with some kind of stripes, watery stripes; that damages the image. So, if anyone can please help me, what should I do, how should I export?

    Thx.
