    I'm going to shoot myself!

OK not really but I am frustrated. I'm thinking of buying a Lumix ZS7 camera so a friend who has one loaned me his to try. But he doesn't use video and that's where my problem is. My first video was in AVCHD mode and only a little over a minute long but 355Mb. So I switched to motion JPEG and the lowest quality, QVGA, and a short video was still 37Mb

I don't get this because I have used a flip video where longer videos can be emailed directly and put on you tube. Surely I can get videos with this camera that will do the same without going through some compression or uploading to a service? What's even more frustrating is that there is a 176 page manual that says not a single word about this!

    Thanks for any help!
