Hi,
If I use Slice type1: also known as scattered slices (checker board pattern) in an intra frame where all macroblocks use intra16x16DC prediction, do I understand this correctly that the predictor is always 128 in that case.
This is in my opinion the case because no neighboring MB's are all "not available".
