    Automatic Sup to srt

Is there any way to convert AUTOMATICALLY any sup to srt subtitle and not to enter every letter manually.

    A lot of thanks.

For English subs I have had good luck with this sequence. Use BDSup2Sub to load the sup. Change the resolution to 720x480. Output as idx/sub. Load into DVDSubEdit and use the Automatic OCR. Export as .srt. It doesn't work every time. But my anecdotal experience was better than 80%. The key is to downsize first. If you leave the sup at original resolution then export as idx/sub, the auto OCR in DVDSubEdit will not work.

Edit: If the auto OCR does not work you get a lot of lines like this "__/*___??*__" so search on the underscore character. That's the most common telltale of a bad result.
