Thumbs up Best Meida Player for usb thumb drives?

    Hello,
Newbie here. I have a sony blu ray player that I play mkv, avi, and mp4 video files from via a usb flash drive. Sometimes the player struggles with this or won't play the file at all.

What is the best media player to get to play video files off a usb thumb drive?

    Thanks

I have been using this one for years now, cost me $50 when I bought it, But I'm sure there are cheaper ones now. The refurbished scared me at the time, but I pulled the trigger and have not regretted it.
